Ivar has been with QuestBack since the Company was founded in 2000, and is responsible for the overall running of the company. Before joining QuestBack, Ivar worked as a management consultant, focusing on strategy and eBusiness. Ivar holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Eli Cathrine Disch
Chief Financial Officer
Eli Cathrine joined QuestBack in 2008. She came from the position as CFO at Buypass AS – a Norwegian supplier of secure solutions for electronic ID, signature and payment. Prior to this, Eli worked for a total of 8 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers; first as Finance Director in PwC in Hungary, then as a senior management consultant in PwC Consulting in Oslo. Eli Cathrine has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the American University in Paris, an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management BI, as well as studies in Corporate Finance from London Business School.

Matti Heikkonen
Chief Operating Officer
Matti joined QuestBack in 2010 as a result of the acquisition of Digium – a Finnish market leader in EFM solutions. Matti has been the CEO of Digium since 2007, and the chairman of the board during years 2004-2009. Prior to Digium, Matti worked at Nokia Corporation in business development; first in strategic projects and then in strategic alliances responsible for the global Nokia – Cisco Systems alliance. Prior to this, Matti’s positions have included business development, m&a, strategy and management within the software industry. Matti has an M.Sc (tech.) from Helsinki University of Technology.

Oliver Trabert
Chief Technology Officer
Oliver joined Questback thorough the acquisition of Globalpark. He is responsible for software development and SaaS operations. Oliver has an impressive experience in the development of software applications and software consulting. Over the years he had been involved in 4 book projects on software architecture.
Oliver has also a solid management background with great results. Oliver’s main target is to deliver the world’s leading platform for Customer Experience Management. Oliver holds a Master of Science degree from University of Bonn, Germany.
Terje Bakken
Chairman of QuestBack
Terje has an MSc degree in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Business and Administration degree from the Norwegian School of Management. He joined Reiten & Co (QuestBack’s majority owner) in 1998 and has been a partner in Reiten & Co since 2001. He has significant financial transaction and structured finance experience in the Nordic market in addition to several years of experience in management and consulting. Terje joined QuestBack as Chairman of the board in 2008.
Lorenz Graef
Member of QuestBack’s Advisory Board
Lorenz Graef has a Phd in Sociology from the University of Cologne. He is one of the pioneers in the European enterprise feedback space. Lorenz founded Globalpark AG in 1999 and grew it to an international company with 125 employees. He is one of the leading social media specialists in Germany. Lorenz is founder and Managing Director of the social media agency Boostpark.
Joakim Olsson
Member of QuestBack´s Advisory Board
Joakim Olsson has an MSc degree in International Economics from the University of Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law. He is a senior advisor at Valcon AS, a Scandinavian consultancy company in the fields of strategy and organisational development. He is chairman on the Board of Mirador AS and was previously a member of the Board of Questback AS. Joakim also possesses wide experience within management consulting from McKinsey & Company in Scandinavia and France, and as the General Manager of Montani AS in Norway.
Risto Siilasmaa
Member of QuestBack’s Advisory Board
Risto Siilasmaa has an MSc degree from the Helsinki University of Technology.
He is the founder and former CEO of F-Secure Corporation, one of the world’s leading IT security providers.
He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of F-Secure Corporation, Elisa Corporation and Fruugo Inc., as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Nokia Corporation.
Siilasmaa is also an active investor within the technology space.
Dan Coates
Member of QuestBack´s Advisory Board
Dan studied English Literature at the University of Western Ontario and Management System Science at the Simon Fraser University in Vancouver before he started his career in market research. During his 20 years of experience in market research he has held several management positions, including Vice President at SPSS, President of Voxco Corp., Vice President Sales & Marketing at Polimetrix, President of Globalpark Inc., and presently President of Youth Pulse Inc. He is also a Board Member of the Council of American Research Organizations (CASRO) and a sought-after speaker.
